Training method: Simple Guyot espalier.

Harvest period: Second ten days of September.
Harvest method: Hand harvesting of the grapes in the early hours of the morning and immediate transport of the same to the cellar.
Production technique: Pressing and immediate separation of the must from the skins for part of the grapes while for the other part, they are left to macerate cold for a short period and then pressed to obtain the must.
Sparkling wine making method: Charmat Lungo method at low temperature to maximize the characteristics of the final product
Shelf life: Consume within 18 months of production.
Organoleptic characteristics and technical comment: Virgola Spumante Rose' is a sparkling wine with an unmistakable personality, it presents:
Color: Light pink tending towards antique pink after the first year in the bottle. Perlage: fine and persistent. Bouquet: broad and intense with delicate floral notes, hints of strawberry and rose on the palate. Taste: Very fresh and silky on the palate, subtle and continuous in the aftertaste perception, with delicate acidity.
Gastronomic pairing and serving temperature: Seafood appetizers, meat-based first courses, roasted fish, fish and vegetable soups. It is suggested to serve at 6° C.
