Altitude of the vineyards: 400 – 550 meters
Production area: North-eastern part of the Province of Potenza delimited by the production specifications of the DOC Aglianico del Vulture which includes the territory of n. 15 municipalities in particular in the municipalities of Venosa and Maschito.
Harvest period: From 5 to 15 September.
Harvest method: Hand harvesting of the grapes in 12 – 15 kg crates in the early hours of the morning and immediate transport of the same to the cellar.
Production technique: Pressing and immediate separation of the must from the skins for part of the grapes while for the other part, they are left to macerate cold for a short period and then pressed to obtain the must.
Sparkling winemaking method: Charmat method at low temperature to maximize the aroma characteristics of Moscato. 91.5 g/l of residual sugar. Pressure 4.5 bar
Shelf life: Consume within 18 months of production.

Fine and persistent perlage. Aromatic, intense and unmistakable bouquet. Sweet, balanced and persistent flavour.
Gastronomic pairing and serving temperature: Excellent and discreet companion to every dessert and to the entire great tradition of Italian pastry making. It is suggested to serve at 6° – 8° C.
