Training method: Simple Guyot espalier.
Age of the vineyards: 10 – 15 years.
Altitude of the vineyards: 400 – 550 meters.

Production area: North-eastern part of the Province of Potenza delimited
from the production specifications of the DOC Aglianico del Vulture which includes the
territory of n. 15 municipalities in particular in the municipalities of Venosa and Maschito.
Harvest period: Second ten days of August.
Harvest method: Hand harvesting of the grapes in the early hours of the morning
immediate transport of the same to the cellar.
Production technique: Pressing and immediate separation of the must from the skins
for one part of the grapes while for the other part, they are left for a short period
cold macerate and then pressed to obtain the must. Charmat method
at low temperature to maximize the characteristics of the final product.
Shelf life: Consume within 18 months of production.
Organoleptic characteristics and technical comment: Vignali BRUT is a sparkling wine with an unmistakable personality which presents: Light straw yellow color with green reflections.
Fine and persistent perlage , with foam that vanishes excellently.
Delicate, harmonious bouquet , with hints of freshly picked green apple.
Full flavor, dry, pleasantly lively, fresh in its young and inviting taste.
Food pairing and serving temperature: Ideal as an aperitif, it goes very well with aperitifs, desserts and fruit.
It is suggested to serve at 6° – 8° C.
