Altitude of the vineyards: 400 – 550 meters.
Harvest period: From 10th to 30th October.
Harvest method: Selection of the grapes, harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning and immediate transport of the same to the cellar.
Production technique: Crushing and destemming of the grapes, draining and separation after about 12 hours of the free-run must, decantation and fermentation at a controlled temperature from 15° to 18° C. Organoleptic characteristics and technical comment: Elegant, modern and inviting quality wine that presents: Pink color with coppery reflections. Bouquets. intense fruity with clear hints of cherry, strawberry and raspberry. Fresh and well-balanced flavour, with a clear evolution and great fibre.
Gastronomic pairing and serving temperature: A wine for the whole meal, it is recommended with appetizers, soups, risottos, fresh cheeses and white meats.
It should be served at a temperature of around 12° C and consumed within 18 months.
