Harvest method: Selection of the grapes, harvested by hand, in 10 – 12 kg crates in the early hours of the morning and immediate transport of the same to the cellar.
Vinification: Pressing and immediate separation of the must from the skins for part of the grapes while for the other part, they are left to macerate in the cold for a short period and then pressed to obtain the must; fermentation at a controlled temperature from 15° to 18° C. in stainless steel tanks.
Organoleptic characteristics and technical comment: Moscato is probably among the most historic vines of all and often used to produce sweet and even sparkling wines. The Terre di Orazio Dry Muscat is instead produced with a completely different and very unique style with the unmistakable personality it presents: Brilliant straw white color with light golden reflections. Aromatic, intense and enveloping bouquet. Full, fresh and persistent flavor with a pleasant acidity.
Food pairing and serving temperature: Fascinating as a meditation wine, it also pairs very well with dishes such as: ham and melon, shellfish and the spicy and spicy cuisines of the Mediterranean area. It is suggested to serve at 8° – 10°C.
